Care instructions
The polymer clay earrings are light weight, water resistant and has minimal flexibility. They are fragile and require not to be bent or dropped.
The metal components may tarnish when exposed overtime to water and oils.

Are they sensitive-skin friendly?
Polymer clay tends to be very versatile with multiple skin types. The metal components used are made of either Brass, titanium, or are gold plated. They are free of cheaper alloys such as Nickel and Cobalt.

Processing Time
All pieces are made with care, love and detail in this one woman shop.
Please allow for 4-5 business days of processing time, not including shipping.

Shipping Time
Please allow from 4-7 business days for shipping time. You will receive a an email, once your order has been shipped.

Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene purposes, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If Items are damaged when you receive, please email us.

Shipping Options
All shipping is conducted through Canada Post.
As a customer, you will have 3 options during your checkout:
1. Shipping with no tracking - This option is $5 CAD, and will not come with any tracking number for Canada Post. There is no guarantee of delivery time, as it is completely dependent on Canada Post and out of our control. If your order does not reach to you due to Canada Post delivery service, unfortunately no refund will be issued by Print And Pearl. Please email us, and we can communicate with Canada Post and report the issue with the postal service.
2. Shipping with Tracking - This option is $15 and will come with a tracking number for Canada Post. If your order does not reach to you due to Canada Post delivery service, unfortunately no refund will be issued by Print And Pearl. Please email us, and we can communicate with Canada Post and report the issue with the postal service.
3. Local Pick Up from Beaumont - This is for Edmonton and Area customers and will be free of charge. An email will be sent out with an approximate pick up date, time and Print And Pearl address.
